Cannatract provides AI automation, web development, branding and marketing, and related business services. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work. In the event of a conflict, that signed agreement controls over these Terms for the services it covers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with our systems or security;
• Introduce malware, scrape data without permission, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. AI assistant

Our website may offer an AI-powered assistant. Its responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided for general information only — not as professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice. Do not submit sensitive information through the assistant, and verify important information independently.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its content, and our trademarks are owned by Cannatract or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for its intended purpose. Ownership of deliverables created under a client engagement is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

6. Third-party services and links

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party products and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cannatract and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before it arose, or USD 100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cannatract harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect our services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and becomes effective when posted. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance.
